Introduction
- WebSmartWare is a browser oriented solution running on its own web server which in no way influences your existing infrastructure.
- WebSmartWare is accessible via our server centers (Internet) or in your own company (Intranet).
- This WebSmartWare application is designed as a POS-Management tool for care and control, merchandising, display-handling, decoration construction, removal, renewal and promotion.
- WebSmartWare ActionReport allows real time processing of on site work reports and their detailed as well as consolidated evaluation.
- During preparation the proposed target addresses (POS - Point Of Sale) are grouped to form a tour. There is an individual report for each POS.
- Each work report can be attached to a questionnaire and a stocking system.
- The employee who visits each POS completes/corrects address data if required, competitor environment etc. enters his activities , answers the questionnaire und processes product figures in the stocking system.
- Photos taken with a digital camera and can be immediately attached to the Action/Job Report.
- Following processing all this data is immediately available in real time for evaluation.
- Optional modules for schooling, contact reports for sales personnel (CRM), lead information at trade fairs and a complete event organization are further WebSmartWare applications.
