Hotel Reservation
The WebSmartWare hotel room booking module facilitates quick and easy organization of the required number of beds during an event.
The number of hotels and reserved rooms is unlimited (dependent on the hard drive capacity of the WebSmartWare Web-Server).
Comfortable user control makes changes to bookings easy at any time.
Multiple bookings for one person are possible, for example, employees that arrive specially at the start of an event to assemble the booth and then after the event to dismantle everything require accommodation for those differing periods.
WebSmartWare also administers private accommodation and people who do not require accommodation.
An option offers an invoicing module which prepares a complete invoice for individual hotels, removing the need for an invoice for every single registered guest at that hotel during any one event.
