Room assignments are prepared on entry of guests or staff members for the event.
- Arrival and Departure dates are used as the basis for Check In and Check Out. Deviations can be entered manually.
- The section ‘Desired-Hotel' is an arbitrary precondition on initial entry. The section ‘Actual-Hotel’ is essential for all planning purposes.
